I bought my dream car 9 months ago from them 2016 x6m $47,000 first thing that went wrong was the check engine light came on driving it home from the dealership when we got home we noticed specks of black stuff all over the rear bumper we have come to find out the light came on because it was running rich so what my bmw mechanic said it needs fuel injectors not a cheap fix. Then more recently we noticed driving at night the right head light would shake so we pulled the bumper off and discovered this car was in an accident and pieced back together and was not professionally done. So my advice to anyone buying a used car from any dealership have someone you trust look over the vehicle because Roxbury BMW said they looked it over and gave us a piece of paper saying what’s wrong with it I’m dealing with a nightmare of a car which should of been my dream car a $47,000 car should not have these problems.Roxbury also gave us a list of things that were modified and wrong with the car and the mechanic should of noticed black spots all over the rear bumper the pic in this review was taken at the dealer and there is block spots on the bumper.

Purchased a 2024 BMW X4 M40i. My experience here was pretty good. I had actually come to this dealership from New York City because I was looking to test drive the X4 before I purchased it .Even though they told me it was in stock prior to me coming… when I got there, it was no longer available, My sales person, Wayne Delvecchio, did a great job at showing me details from other vehicles that would be similar to mine. It was very difficult to purchase a car site unseen but he made it very comfortable. I had already gone to the BMW of Tenafly, but left there immediately. The sales person at Tenafly was very aggressive and pushy, and made me feel uncomfortable.. Wayne at Roxbury with his laid-back and relaxed demeanor made me feel very comfortable in my purchase. He was very patient with me and did not rush me, which I truly appreciated We discussed and finalize the deal and placed the custom order for the vehicle, which arrived exactly when I needed it. Pick up day was even better! My car was ready when we arrived, the paperwork was finalized, and Wayne was Fabulous and giving me my tutorial. Thanks so much Wayne! Sidenote; would’ve been a perfect experience if we had snacks…lol

If google allowed me to give more than 5 stars I would. My sales associate Eddie and the manager Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process I felt very secure and welcome to be there. I ended up going with the 2024 BMW 330i xDrive in Portimao Blue and Cognac Perforated interior with the additional M Sport Package. I have only had the car for a day now and I can already tell now that I made the right choice. I will be returning to BMW of Roxbury for any of my future BMW needs.
